She provides technical sales support to customers using WebSphere Business Integration tools such as WebSphere Business Integration Server Foundation and WebSphere Studio Application Developer Integration Edition. Before working with WebSphere, she was responsible for developing Lotus Notes® applications for the Latin America Software Group team.
