AP Capital Partners Portfolio Company Completes 3 Tuck-In Acquisitions

ZeroChaos Approaches $1 Billion in Sales With Operations in 14 Countries

ORLANDO, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 02/16/10 -- AP Capital Partners (APCP), a private equity firm that takes long-term assignments in exceptional enterprises, today announced that ZeroChaos, one of its portfolio companies, has completed three strategic acquisitions in the past 4 months. Financial deal terms were not disclosed.

APCP reports that the three transactions combined expand the company's core business, while offering ZeroChaos clear opportunities to extend its presence in the market for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services, SaaS services for healthcare and other verticals, and background screening services.

In short, ZeroChaos now offers one of the broadest suites of workforce management solutions in the United States. Prior to the transactions, ZeroChaos was one of the fastest growing and most financially stable HRO enterprises in the nation. Headquartered in Florida, ZeroChaos is a recognized leader in workforce solutions for Fortune 1000 firms. The company's unique approach to helping customers source and manage talent has produced impressive results for clients including Bank of America, IBM, and other Fortune 500 firms. AP Capital Partners acquired ZeroChaos, in partnership with management, in December 2004.
