He also previously served on the Board of Directors of RightNow Technologies (acquired by Oracle, Inc.), AdvancedMD (acquired by ADP), Red Prairie, WTS, Inc. (acquired by Velocity), and HireRight, Inc. Allen is currently a board member with Quantros, Inc., Insight Enterprise, Inc., and Therapeutic Research Center.

"I feel privileged to join this incredibly intelligent and passionate team and to work closely with Eric and the Board during the next phase of AtTask's growth and innovation," said Allen.

Susan Carstensen joins AtTask's Board of Directors with more than 25 years of business leadership experience, most recently from RightNow Technologies (acquired in 2011 by Oracle, Inc.), where she served in various roles, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO) and SVP, Customer Experience.
