Mr. Berry will be leading e-Zassi's product, business, and corporate development efforts. He joins e-Zassi after a distinguished career in the semiconductor industry where he led technology differentiated businesses at Texas Instruments, Atmel Corporation and Cypress Semiconductor. Mr. Berry has 23 years of product development experience and is a master of maximizing return-on-innovation.

Mr. Odom will head up all e-Zassi sales efforts. He joins the company from N2N Global, a software development company focused on automating food safety compliance execution, where he directed their sales and marketing activities. Prior to his experience at N2N, Randy spent 26 years with IBM where he led multiple high performance teams in the creation of new business ventures by combining IBM solutions with third-party applications and emerging technologies.
