Group FMG, an omni-channel content and e-commerce solutions company, announced today that Sandeep Kulkarni has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Group FMG. Kulkarni will be based out of the company’s headquarters in New York City and will report to Group FMG’s CEO, Dilip Keshu.
As CFO, Kulkarni will be responsible for all strategic matters of financial and commercial importance, including driving strategic growth plans, streamlining financial policy, advising on the financial implications of management decisions, acquisitions, business line profitability, and more.
Kulkarni joins Group FMG from Monsanto (NYSE: MON), the multinational conglomerate. At Monsanto, he was part of the global strategy team, focusing on M&As for the company. In his twelve year career with Monsanto, Kulkarni held various senior positions in Singapore, the U.S. & India. His work experience prior to Monsanto includes roles with Coca-Cola, Pharmacia and Iridium.
