Array Information Technology (ARRAY) announced today that it has appointed retired U.S. Air Force (USAF) Colonel Robert “Mark” Douglas to Senior Client Executive in the Company’s Defense Systems group.
Prior to ARRAY, Mark spent more than 30 years as a Logistics Officer and Commander in the USAF, where he commanded one of the largest mission support groups and two supply squadrons. During his tenure, he managed a number of key initiatives related to weapon systems support, logistics policy development, supply chain management (SCM), training and logistics process improvements. More recently, Mark served as a Director for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), leading Change Management efforts related to the USAF supply chain and logistics enterprise.
Mark also served as Air Force Logistics Account Manager at IBM Corporation, where he managed IBM’s Air Force Logistics account pipeline and supported various proposals for AFMC and other USAF work. He led IBM support for the AFMC strategy and integration for a major Purchasing Supply Chain Management (PSCM) project.
