GMC Software Technology enthüllt Inspire Dynamic Statement auf der FinovateEurope 2013

GMC Software Technology (GMC), ein preisgekröntes führendes Unternehmen im Bereich Kundenkommunikations-Management (Customer Communications Management, CCM), stellt seine Anwendung Inspire Dynamic Statement am Mittwoch, den 13. Februar 2013 auf der FinovateEurope erstmals der Öffentlichkeit vor.

Inspire Dynamic Statement ist die jüngste Anwendung von GMC und basiert auf GMC Inspire, der Kundenkommunikationslösung des Unternehmens. Mit Inspire Dynamic Statement können Finanzinstitute ihren Kunden Kontoauszüge on- oder offline in einer integrierten und ansprechenden Weise präsentieren. Anders als in den üblichen Online-Kontoauszügen werden bei dieser Lösung die Daten des Kunden in interaktiven Diagrammen und Grafiken dargestellt, die mithilfe umfassender Drill-Down-Funktionen das Abrufen detaillierter Informationen ermöglichen. Die Kontoauszüge können auf Computern und auch auf allen Tablets betrachtet werden. Mithilfe der Lösung können Finanzinstitute die Nutzung der einzelnen Kontoauszüge verfolgen und aus diesen Daten relevante Angebote und Marketingbotschaften für den einzelnen Kunden entwickeln.
