APTARE Backup Manager enables CIOs and IT administrators to manage multi-vendor environments and provide solutions for reporting, monitoring, alerting and forecasting. Specifically, CommVault Simpana customers may now access all Backup Manager functions, including (but not limited to):
- Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance - are your backup processes meeting compliance requirements for external or internal audiences?
- Chargeback - backup processes can easily be charged back to the appropriate department based on actual backup resources utilized
- Forecasting - when will your backup environment run out of space based on current utilization rates?
