HOB Partners with Help On Demand (HOD) to Expand Availability of Its Secure Remote Access Solutions

Today, HOB, one of the market leaders in remote access solutions, announced Help On Demand (HOD) will join HOB’s partner program as a Gold-level Partner. HOB maintains an extensive partner program, designed to make HOB solutions available widely, as well integrate HOB solutions into other leading IT companies’ product lines.

As employees continue to work at home, use their own devices and travel extensively, organizations that deploy the most comprehensive solutions are reaping the benefits of higher revenue, increased productivity and enhanced customer service. Employees see the advantages through streamlined workflow, better work-life balance and flexible schedules. However, the challenge of providing the means necessary for mobile working is simultaneously ensuring the security of sensitive corporate data.

“HOB’s robust suite of secure remote access solutions helps companies achieve a competitive advantage by providing critical protection to the information assets at the core of their businesses in today’s digital world,” explains Klaus Brandstätter, CEO of HOB. “By partnering with HOD, we are able to extend our services to new and exciting markets. It is important for us to have another channel through which HOB products are made accessible for new and existing customers.” As part of this partnership, HOD will support HOB’s efforts at the Common 2014 Annual Meeting and Exposition, to be held May 4-7 in Orlando, Florida. Common is the world’s largest professional association of IBM technology users, representing 20,000 IT professionals. Common provides independent education, certification, advocacy and networking among users, IBM and related third-party solution providers.

Help on Demand specializes in providing enterprise B2B business technology, focusing on connecting legacy IBM systems to emerging mobile devices, investment protection, and data security. Furthermore, HOD is a General Services Administration (GSA) registered business, as a result of efforts by California Assemblywoman Shannon Grove, whose office sponsored a Small Business Contracting Forum in January 2014, designed to assist businesses in her district serve the IT needs of U.S. government entities.
