Ken Vollmer, a Forrester analyst who has assisted hundreds of clients in North America & Europe with their integration projects and is a thought leader in the space, joins SYS-CON's Jeremy Geelan and Russell Scherwin from Sterling Commerce on Tuesday April 15 to discuss how flexible business processes can be achieved and the role of what Vollmer calls "frictionless value chains."
